To provide provisions for Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI), the Jokowi Indonesia Militant Mothers Organization (EMJI) and Pertiwi East Java held a social activity under Wan Chai Immigration on Sunday (22/09/2019).

The social activity held was making bags from basic level macrame material and was attended by dozens of PMIs from organizations and non-organizational organizations. The event, which is held for free, aims to provide PMI with the knowledge to become skilled women and provide knowledge to open an independent business.

According to Killa, as the head of EMJI for the Hong Kong diaspora, said that the EMJI organization was not only for Jokowi’s victory campaign, but also as a motor to move PMI to become independent women.

“Because we, this organization is not only useful for the campaign to win Mr. Jokowi, but also becomes a driving force for PMI women to become independent women,” said Killa, chairman of EMJI for the Hong Kong diaspora. Monday (23/09/2019).

 The event was also attended by Permadi Arya who is always the founder and coach of EMJI and supported by several PMI organizations in Hong Kong, including LA NKRI, People’s Struggle Post (Pospera), Barisan Volunteers for the Way of Change (Bara JP), Millenial Santri Center (Simac) and Kasa Maids Agency.
