The outbreak of the corona virus that has hit the world and the new rules not only limit the holidays for Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) but also robs them of the opportunity to gather and communicate with those who in fact can only meet once a week.
However, like other people who work from home, PMI can actually still get together, face to face, chat, miss and have serious discussions using the Zoom application to conduct remote video conferencing.
Zoom is currently the choice of many people because it provides video call services with up to 100 people. Although there are actually many applications that can provide video calling services such as Google Hangouts and BlueJeans, but not as many as Zoom users.
Zoom is not only used for computers but can also be installed on mobile phones. The difference is that on a computer, Zoom on a cellphone is simpler and relatively easy to use. Moreover, the main tabs (Meet & Chat, Meetings, Contacts, and Settings) are placed at the bottom.
By gathering on Zoom, besides being able to gather and not be lonely, PMI is also safe from legal entanglements due to the prohibition on gathering more than 4 people in public places until the prohibition does not apply.
